We will work closely with you to put a "building plan" together determine your existing needs as well as seek build your website in a way that it is search engine ready. We can also set up and develop content management sites that include user registration and password protection as well as  blog sites.

Redesign Your Existing Website
If you website is in need of some serious renovation we can redesign your existing website making sure that we keep the things that you like and then add new the new elements you are missing. We will work along side you to help determine what is missing and how to implement your newly redesigned website with little to now down time.

Maintain Your Website (provide additions and revisions)
Often times after a website is built any additions, changes and/or corrections are left to be done without the ability to make them yourself. Perhaps you have lost the employee or are short on staff members and time to allocate the website updates. We can work along side you and implement a schedule to maintain your website frequently or periodically. We work by the hour and bill for only the time we work. That includes fractions of an hour as well. My Domain Tools will also give you a reliable estimate on how much time your changes will take prior to doing the work. This will help you know how much we'll be billing.

Market Your Website (search engine optimization, email marketing and more)
Online marketing can be a daunting task. My Domain Tools can help by using online tools, set up email marketing accounts, send out your mass emails and more. We can also help develop  marketing plans and implementation schedule. Our plans also can include analytic tools to help determine what marketing tools are working and driving traffic to your site as well as helping your website achieve higher rankings with search engines.

Social Media Implementation and Content Management (blogs, Facebook, Twitter and more)
As Social Media continues to grow and develop it can be hard to keep up with. Most start with a Twitter account and/or Facebook and within a short amount of time become either overwhelmed or are disappointed with the results they are achieving; especially if they have spent a great deal of time. Let us help you set up your accounts and optimize them for results. We can train you or your personnel or be "social" on your behalf. We can combine efforts by using blog posting, along with Twitter and Facebook at the same time to achieve maximum communication.

All of services listed above at reduced hourly rates includes unlimited consultation, priority service and free website tools such as Site Analytics* Minimum commitment for 6 months with minimum of 5 hours per month.

* To be eligible for Site Analytics you must be a current "retainer" client and have your domain registered with Domain ToolBox.
